GMW Law Firm in Warsaw is a limited partnership formed by experienced legal advisors and attorneys with many years of practice. We specialize in providing comprehensive legal services to companies and businesses of medium and small size, also supporting sole proprietors.
We have a team of six specialists who carry out tasks in Polish and foreign languages, which allows us to adapt to the needs of a diverse range of clients. Our offer includes the preparation of draft corporate documents, such as regulations and orders (including those compliant with the principles of RODO), the drafting and analysis of contracts, as well as the provision of effective guarantees and safeguards for the performance of obligations. We also offer participation in negotiations as substantive support for our clients.
The firm's team includes experienced lawyers, including Slawomir Mistewicz - managing partner and co-founder of the firm. Mr. Mistewicz, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University, has extensive managerial and legal experience. Over the years, he has founded and developed companies in various industries, including Ars Antiqua, Spectrum publishing house, and participated in the management of companies within the PWN Group and Computer Group.
The firm's other partners are Zofia Krakowian-Witkowska, Bożena Zegarska, Dr. Stanislaw Witkowski LL.M., Karol Trzaska and Tomasz Możdżeń - lawyers who combine specialized knowledge with practical experience in various fields of law.
