About
Kaczmarski Żurowski Advocates is a reputable law firm that since 2014 has specialized in helping borrowers with loans linked to the Swiss franc exchange rate. As one of the first law firms in Poland, we recognized the magnitude of the problem of franking loans and have been successfully representing our clients in disputes with banks for years.
We are co-founders of the Forum of Financial Lawyers, which allows us to keep abreast of changes in case law and actively participate in shaping legal practice in this area. We have extensive knowledge of the rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and national courts, which enables us to effectively conduct litigation before Polish common courts and the Supreme Court.
With many years of experience, in-depth knowledge of financial law and an individual approach to each case, we provide our clients with professional and comprehensive legal support at every stage of the proceedings.
