The first general partner and founder of the company was legal counsel Krystian Paszowski, who had been practicing his profession since the mid-1980s. His experience included servicing foreign investors, especially from the United States, as well as handling bankruptcy proceedings as a Bankruptcy Trustee.
After Krystian Paszowski's retirement, legal counsel Leszek Zielonka, who had served as a limited partner since the company's inception, took over as general partner.
